A registered nurse with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has come forward to Project Veritas with allegations that the federal government is covering up reports of adverse side effects from the COVID-19 vaccines. Jodi O’Malley, an HHS insider who works in Arizona with the Indian Health Service branch—a federal health program for American Indians and Alaska Natives—secretly recorded conversations with colleagues discussing multiple cases of adverse reactions in people who had received the vaccine for COVID-19, the disease caused by the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus.
