Commissioner Paul Rouleau says the federal government was justified in invoking the Emergencies Act to clear convoy protests in February 2022.
The inquiry was launched last year as required by law to evaluate the government’s use of the act. Rouleau’s report on the commission’s finding was tabled in Parliament on Feb. 17.
