China is waging a total war without rules against the United States—using unrestricted warfare to win by all means necessary. The 2020 Wuhan lockdown and subsequent actions by the communist regime may be a part of its unrestricted warfare tactics. Its end goal is to beat the United States in aspects we don’t consider to be battlefields.
