Authorities identified the 8-month-old girl who was killed after being struck by a car after she fell out of a moving vehicle at an intersection in Irving, Texas. The Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the child as Kassidy Smith, they told KXAS-TV KXAS-TV in Dallas. No charges have been filed in the case so far, authorities told FOX4. They are not classifying the case as a hit-and-run. Irving Police Public Information Officer Robert Reeves said that four children were inside the vehicle when Kassidy fell.
