ANAHEIM, Calif.—Four gang members were arrested in the connection of a shooting last November that left one dead, according to officials.  Juan Ramiro Felix, 19, and Kevin Moreno-Aviles, 18, were among the four arrested on Feb. 17 and 18, according to the Anaheim Police Department. The other two suspects are juveniles whose names have not been released.  The investigation has been ongoing since the Nov. 16 incident that left 31-year-old Jeremy Ray Brommer dead after suffering from a gunshot wound.   Police responded to a call on the 1400 block of N. State College Boulevard at 12:17 a.m. on the night of the incident and found Boomer injured in a motel’s parking lot.   Boomer was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.   Felix and Moreno-Aviles are held at the Anaheim Detention Facility.
