The CEO of the Trudeau Foundation who was at the helm when it received a donation from businessmen tied to the Chinese regime told a House of Commons committee on May 2 that the donation was not foreign, but MPs questioned the assertion with receipts.
Morris Rosenberg said in his opening statement that the donation receipt had been made to the entity that provided the gift, Millennium Golden Eagle Canada, and he said a search for corporate records shows its headquarters is in Dorval, Quebec.
