Northern Territory outback communities have been warned of possible flooding, damaging winds and heavy rain from remnants of ex-cyclone Ilsa.
A severe weather warning is in place for residents in southern parts of the territory as the risk of further damage persists.
Ilsa damaged properties in Western Australia’s (WA) northwest after crossing the coast overnight on Thursday as a category four cyclone before weakening as the weather system moved inland.
The Bureau of Meteorology said while no tropical low systems were active there was still a chance of flooding.
