We were in front of the federal courthouse in Washington for the third week of the trial against Michael Sussmann, the former Clinton campaign lawyer who allegedly lied to the FBI. John Durham is the lead prosecutor and special counsel who has been investigating the alleged spying that was done against Trump’s campaign, as well as this Michael Sussman case.
