In this episode, they discuss the water shortage in California and how the state can fix it, if only the current leadership wanted to. Barbre explains that California is always in one sort of drought or another. The real issue is that the state focuses on the demand side but not the supply side. Barbre says that 14 to 20 days of rain, if captured properly, would take care of all the state’s water needs for an entire year.
