The city of El Paso, Texas, has approved $2 million to be spent over the next 16 months to send illegal immigrants to other cities.
On Sept. 12, the El Paso City Council ratified a services contract with Gogo Charters LLC for transporting illegal immigrants. The company has already received $411,000 from the city, Border Report said, citing a presentation to the council. Over 550 illegal immigrants who were released from the custody of federal immigration have been bused out of El Paso.
