Washington, D.C., accuses the company of illegally controlling online retail prices, saying its business practices harm competition. Amazon has been facing a slew of antitrust bills. Sen. Josh Hawley introduced two antitrust bills taking aim at Big Tech platforms earlier this year. An alliance of over two dozen businesses is teaming up against government tax hikes.
