A woman who was told by doctors that she would never get pregnant succeeded in having a biological son and is now a mother to seven other children—thanks to adoption. Heather Bell met her husband 28 years ago, and the couple always wanted to have a big family. Before marriage, she suffered from endometriosis, an infection where tissues that are supposed to be formed inside the uterus are found in the bowel, ovaries, and pelvis. Owing to this, she underwent a procedure to remove her ovaries, and doctors said she would never get pregnant.
