Ingredients: 1 cup cooked quinoa
2 ½ cups coconut or almond milk (not the canned coconut milk, but the type in the carton)
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup raisins
½ cup dried apricots, chopped
3 tbsp. coconut oil
½ cup fruit juice-sweetened dried cranberries
½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
