The Epoch Times recently obtained a series of government documents from a trusted source that reveal Chinese leader Xi Jinping and premier Li Keqiang were aware of the severity of COVID-19 when it first broke out in Wuhan late last year, and before Chinese authorities publicly announced human-to-human transmission of the CCP virus. The leaked documents indicate that the top leadership secretly ordered the National Health Commission and regional governments to deal with the outbreak, while keeping the public in the dark about the health crisis.
