The Chinese military uses the COVID-19 pandemic as an opportunity to lasso over 50 foreign militaries, and has sent vaccines, its key weapon, to 28 countries. The Chinese Ministry of Defense (MOD) spreads China-made COVID-19 vaccines to developing countries for diplomatic purposes, which is not an army’s role nor a defense responsibility in general, and rarely seen in other countries.
