Supreme Court Justice John Roberts rejected a lawsuit that sought to block the federal government’s mask mandate on planes. A Florida man, Michael Seklecki, made an emergency request on behalf of him and his 4-year-old autistic son, arguing they are not physically capable of wearing masks for extended periods of time, according to court papers.
