Blood sugar imbalance has short and long-term effects on the body. When blood sugar is well controlled, we have better control over our energy, mood, cravings, weight, and overall performance.

Upon being diagnosed with prediabetes or Type II diabetes, trying to understand this information can be overwhelming.
