It’s of growing interest to consumers, particularly when it’s presented with the benefits that go with it, including improving soil health, producing more nutritious foods, conserving water, and positively impacting resilience to extreme weather events.
Fifty-seven percent of consumers are now aware of regenerative agriculture—up 10 percentage points from 2019, according to a 2022 report from food and beverage consulting company The Hartman Group.
