Bride Cara has been studying ASL since she was a young girl. On Cara’s wedding day, her parents decided to surprise the couple with an ASL performance of “My Wish.” “One of my undergraduate degrees was in American sign language interpreting and sign language has been a passion of mine since my parents bought me a book of signs in kindergarten. They used to try so hard to learn signs and quiz me throughout college, so them learning an entire song is oh so special! It’s not an easy feat!” Cara said.
