President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden on Sept. 11 joined a commemoration of the 9/11 terrorist attacks at Ground Zero in Lower Manhattan, New York City. Former Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton and former First Ladies Michelle Obama and Hillary Clinton were also at the ceremony, along with a host of current and former officials like House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) andĀ former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani. The memorial began at 8:40 a.m. with an honor guard representing New York firefighters and police officers.
