WASHINGTON—President Joe Biden is considering a second phone call with Chinese leader Xi Jinping, the White House said on Friday. This would be Biden’s second engagement with his Chinese counterpart since taking office. “Certainly, we are in touch at a very high level with Chinese leaders in terms of an upcoming call with President Xi,” White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said during a press briefing. The timing of the call, though, has not yet been set, she said, in response to a question by The Epoch Times. Biden held his first official phone call with the Chinese leader on February 10.
