The judge overseeing Twitter’s lawsuit against Elon Musk said in a letter that she has tested positive for COVID-19 but that a hearing in the case will proceed virtually.
Judge Kathaleen McCormick said that the July 19 hearing in Delaware’s Court of Chancery on Twitter’s request to expedite its case against Musk will not be held in-person because she will be isolating due to the illness, according to a letter seen by The Epoch Times.
“Yesterday, I tested positive for COVID-19,” McCormick wrote. “The symptoms are not severe, but I will be isolating this week pursuant to CDC guidelines.”…
