Former President Donald Trump’s long-time attorney Rudy Giuliani is currently not representing Trump in any pending legal cases, according to Jason Miller. Miller, who is Trump’s senior adviser, made the remarks in a Twitter statement on Tuesday, adding that the former New York City mayor “remains an ally and a friend.” His comments appear to provide more context to his earlier statement where he told media outlets: “Mayor Giuliani is not currently representing President Trump in any legal matters.” Giuliani has been serving Trump as his personal attorney since 2018 and led the former president’s legal team challenging several states over election integrity.
