OTTAWA—Hundreds of protesters have started a march past the Parliament Buildings as a biker convoy converges in the nation’s capital calling for freedoms.
Waving Canadian flags, protesters marched along Wellington St. heading east toward CF Rideau Centre while chanting “freedom” amid heavy police presence.
The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) have barricaded the downtown core to prevent the Rolling Thunder motorcycle convoy from going to that area.
