NEWARK, N.Y.— Three generations of the Fedena family were delighted when they finally saw Shen Yun Performing Arts, after waiting two years for COVID restrictions to be lifted.
Grandfather Paul, a retired pastor, his daughter Amy, who works in risk management, and granddaughter Taylor, a graphic designer, were all at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center watching the world-renowned Chinese traditional dance and music company perform.
“It was inspirational. The costumes are beautiful, the message was amazing,” said Amy.
The choreography was outstanding. It was all perfection, she said.
Amy praised the synchronicity of the music, the dancing, and the special effects.
