President Joe Biden has promised to nominate the first black woman to the Supreme Court during his time in office. However, as a U.S. senator during George W. Bush’s presidency, he filibustered a black woman nominee twice to block her from the Supreme Court. But of course, she’s not the only conservative black person to get attacked by those who consider themselves progressive.
