A Fox News correspondent, Benjamin Hall was “seriously injured” during an incident near Kyiv on Monday, said Fox News Media CEO Suzanne Scott in a statement. “Earlier today, our correspondent Benjamin Hall was injured while newsgathering outside of Kyiv in Ukraine,” Scott said in a statement. “We have a minimal level of details right now, but Ben is hospitalized and our teams on the ground are working to gather additional information as the situation quickly unfolds.” Irina Venediktova, Ukraine’s prosecutor general, posted a photo of a Fox News reporter’s press badge on Facebook and said that Hall is “in intensive care under medical supervision” after he was injured earlier Monday. Hall, she added, was not at a Ukrainian military facility when he was “seriously wounded” and accused Russian forces of targeting civilians.
