The mayor of the besieged Ukrainian city of Mariupol on Wednesday called for a no-fly zone to be implemented over Ukraine after a Russian airstrike devastated a maternity hospital. In a video message posted to Telegram, Mariupol Mayor Vadym Boichenko asked for the global community to “close the sky over Ukraine.” “Today I am asking the global community for help.
