NEW DELHI—Russia’s attack on Ukraine is recasting the world’s attention towards the old Cold War equations, taking its focus away from the Chinese regime’s expansionist agenda in the Indo-Pacific. Experts have told The Epoch Times that the attack on Ukraine indicates a Chinese-Russian convergence that’s creating new challenges for the existing global order.
