Destro said of Shen Yun Performing Arts, which is performing at the Kennedy Center Opera House in Washington. “I think [Shen Yun] brings a lot of hope. Our traditions are what keep us anchored in times of trouble like now [with the pandemic.] “But I also think it tells a very important story about the human rights violations that are happening in China today.
