Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer will retire, paving the way for President Joe Biden to appoint his first Supreme Court justice, according to reports published Wednesday. Several unnamed sources spoke to Fox News, NPR, NBC, CNN, The Associated Press, and other corporate media outlets in confirming that Breyer, 83, will step down. One source said that he will step down toward the end of the current Supreme Court term in the summer. The Epoch Times has contacted the Supreme Court press office for comment. According to the AP, sources spoke on the condition of anonymity so as to not preempt Breyer’s announcement, although it’s not clear when he’ll make the speech.
