A restaurant in Red Deer, Alberta, was ordered to partially shut down on Jan. 14 after the province’s health authority found that staff weren’t requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test result. Instead, the restaurant, called The Granary, allowed customers to dine inside upon presenting a dog photo and personal I.D., according to Alberta Health Services (AHS).
