ESCONDIDO, Calif.—Shama Lyons and Carlos Serrano both agreed that the performance of Shen Yun Performing Arts at the California Center for the Arts, Escondido, was mesmerizing. “I absolutely love it,” said Lyons, an elementary school principal.
