Another big private employer has cut COVID-19 paid leave for its United States workers following rule changes by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Amazon.com Inc., the second-largest U.S. private employer, announced on Friday that its COVID-19 paid leave has been reduced to a maximum of 40 hours in a notification to employees.
