A U.S. bipartisan bill seeks to hold the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) accountable for its unfair trade practices, according to Rep. Bill Johnson (R-Ohio), who co-sponsored the legislation with Rep. Terri Sewell (D-Ala.). The bill aims “to stop [China] from dumping counterfeit products dumping, flooding the market with steel,” as well as doing so “through their proxy countries” when confronted about it, Johnson told NTD’s “Capitol Report” program.
