Devin Booker scored 30 points to lead the host Phoenix Suns to a 113–101 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Thursday. Booker took control in the third, with 15 points and four assists in the frame to help the Suns jump ahead for good and win their fifth game in a row. The Thunder’s three-game winning streak was snapped. Oklahoma City led by as many as six in the third before Phoenix put its foot down, closing the third with a 17–5 run. Booker scored nine during the stretch, which lasted just more than four minutes. The Thunder were just 2 for 7 from the floor to end the third.
