LANCASTER, Calif.—A Lancaster man suspected of killing his four children and mother-in-law Nov. 28 is being held on a $10 million bond. Homicide investigators arrested Germarcus Lamar David, 29, after five of his family members were found shot to death inside their Lancaster home. Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau investigators responded to a shooting death investigation at about 10:30 p.m. in the 3500 block of Garnet Lane. The victims were Erica England, 51, and David’s children Namyiah, 11, Germarcus, Jr, 7, Kayden, 2, and Noah, 18-month-old. David was charged Wednesday with five counts of murder and three counts of assault on a child, causing death. “They were awesome kids and this is really sad and tragic,” family friend Heidi Somarriba told ABC7 News. “I don’t even know what to say.
