A loyal black Labrador displayed remarkable behavior when its elderly owner collapsed while on a walk in Braithwaite How, UK. The 71-year-old man was out on his own with his two dogs in late October when, a few minutes after passing another hiker, he suffered an apparent seizure, Keswick Mountain Rescue Team (MRT) stated. One of the dogs, a black Lab, without prompting, sought out the hiker for help, barking to get her attention and to get her to come to the owner’s aid, which she did. Meanwhile, the other dog, a golden retriever, laid by the unconscious man’s side.
