A man who witnessed the alleged Wisconsin parade massacre suspect’s arrest said that his Ring doorbell camera recorded the suspect begging to come inside his home after the incident on Sunday. Officials on Monday said they will charge Darrell E. Brooks, 39, with five counts of intentional homicide in connection to the incident.
