Chinese private tech giants are reacting after TikTok, Kwai, and Pingduoduo saw their founders and CEOs leave directorship one by one. On Nov. 2, Liang Rupo issued his first internal letter as CEO of Bytedance, Beijing-based network tech developer, signaling Zhang Yiming, the former CEO who announced his resignation in May, had completed the job transition and officially stepped down.
