I enjoyed Victor David Hanson’s editorial[ “There’s a Problem in the Upper Reaches of Our Military,” published on Sept. 8,] and agree that there is something wrong with our military woke generals and admirals. After 40-plus years in the maritime field, in both the military and my own company, I see America as the Ship of State, and it has floundered; it has been intentionally navigated into an iceberg and is taking on water. The current captain of our glorious ship AMERICA is Joe Biden, and he must be relieved of command. All of his military staff also need to be relieved of their duties. To solve our TITANIC problem, we must reinstate the “real captain” along with his chosen qualified crew to commence damage-control operations to right our ship and navigate it home safely.
