People get obsessed with staying young. They want to find every little thing to make them look younger and feel better—often to the point where it becomes debilitating. When you’re always worried about “getting old” and what that means, you’re putting a lot of stress on your body and mind, stress that accelerates aging. Skin creams and beauty regimens have their place. But they don’t really help you stay young. They may make your skin a little plumper and moist, but that’s about as surface level as it gets.
