Multiple investigations are underway after a school safety officer allegedly shot a woman near Millikan High School in Long Beach, California, on Sept. 27. The incident occurred at approximately 3:13 p.m. when a Long Beach Unified School District (LBUSD) school safety officer was patrolling around the campus, ensuring safe passage for students leaving Millikan High School.
