According to the Orange County Registrar of Voters, the county is the fifth largest voting jurisdiction in the in the U.S, serving more than 1.8 million voters.   As of 12:00 p.m. on Sept. 14, 15,000 ballots were cast in-person at Orange County voter sites, a spokesperson for the registrar’s office told The Epoch Times.   Orange County voters can cast their ballots at over 60 locations until 8pm on election day.
