In November 2020, when an extremely powerful tropical cyclone, called Goni, hit the Philippines, Rochelle and Rodirick Arcangel Reyes’ house in the Catanduanes Bicol region got destroyed and washed away. The family of four lost everything, including all their appliances and clothes.
