A Huntington Beach man accused of shooting three individuals, leaving one dead, has been charged with murder after a real estate dispute broke out on the front lawn. Roger Nemeth was charged with three counts of murder, discharging a firearm causing death, and attempted murder. The complaint was filed on Aug. 10, three days after the fatal incident that killed home inspector Michael Alderson. The home on the 4500 block of Operetta Drive was previously owned by Victor E. Nemeth before his death in 2018. According to court documents, Vicki Coccaro petitioned for the sale of the estate in May, and it was approved on July 14. Coccaro was appointed as the administrator of the estate in February 2019. Since then, Coccaro’s name shows up as the only participant filling supplements, petitions, and legal items regarding the estate. Attorney Linda Vargas worked on the probate case up until late 2019 …
