Four people have been confirmed dead on Capitol grounds late Wednesday, among whom was a woman who died after being shot inside the Capitol building, according to DC police. Family members have identified the woman as Ashli Babbitt, an Air Force vet from California and Trump supporter. Video footage captured the moment she was struck in the chest and fell to the floor.
