PHILADELPHIA—Behind the beautiful dance and music presented by Shen Yun Performing Arts is a great amount of hard work. The result is a wonderful stage of splendor and highly skilled artists.
“I can’t imagine how long it takes to rehearse something like this. The orchestra is very good too. All the computer-generated effects. The animation is fantastic,” said Jack Flood, manager of a manufacturing company.
Shen Yun’s dancers are trained in classical Chinese dance. While dancing looks spectacular on stage, the artists must put in an intense amount of effort to make everything they do look effortless.
“It shows discipline and people doing something they are passionate about. You can see the work that went into this is just beautiful. The costumes are lovely. It’s perfect,” said Cathy Flood, a retired teacher and Mr. Flood’s wife….
