Two days ago, Mr. Alvin Bragg, the Manhattan attorney general, filed an urgent request to enter a restraining order against Congressman Jim Jordan. But, on the same day that he filed this request, the court rejected it.
This is because, on February 7th of this year, a Manhattan prosecutor named Mark Pomerantz published a book titled: “People vs. Donald Trump”. And in that book, he detailed both his investigation into the Trump Organization, as well as the decision of the Manhattan District Attorney to not indict President Trump. This former Manhattan prosecutor had inside knowledge about the inner workings of the Manhattan DA’s office in regard to the Trump investigation. Pomerantz was one of the lead researchers in the case, as well as a critic of the DA for not getting the indictment….
