Iranian air-defense systems have thwarted a drone strike on a military facility in the central city of Isfahan, Iran’s Tasnim News Agency reported on April 5.

Speaking to reporters shortly afterward, Interior Minister Ahmad Vahidi said the incident was still “under investigation.”

Tehran later blamed Israel for that attack, which also reportedly failed to destroy its target.
Israel has neither confirmed nor denied its involvement in the January attack. Nor has it commented on the latest reported drone strike in Isfahan. …
